Alfalfa

(Medicago sativa) No herb list would be complete without this plant.

It has over 20 minerals because of its deep tap root. It is able to get many of the important trace minerals that white sugar robs out of our body. Really high in complete protein for “green drinks” also has the important vitamin B12 that is a vegetable source, which we are not told about. One of my favorites because its powerful alkalizer properties.

Also contains 8 essential enzymes and aids digestion, at least 10 vitamins. Especially high in Vit. A, C, D, B2, B6 and K.  Also Calcium and Iron.  Therefore it is good also for
