I put some of Miracle 11 soap into dispenser on right, then add 10 parts water. I use it everyday for hair, face, and skin. I found it to be more gentle than even castile soap. It does not contain the Sodium Laurel Sulphate that is so hard on your body. I think the bottle on the left lasts me about a year. I have been using it for about 2 years. I had asked my Aunt what she used, because I liked whatever she was using. I have admired her skin and hair. I use the Moisturizing, but you can buy it without moisturizing and add your own oil. It takes me about a month to use the diluted bottle on the right. (Using it every day for all and only body, including short hair )
